Summer Promotional Campaign Terms and Conditions
1. Campaign Organizer
The promotional campaign is organized by IXY Retail SRL, a Romanian legal entity, with its registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, 87 Dr. Iacob Felix Street, Felix Office Building, Office 1 Section 3.1.11., 3rd Floor, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2007009918404, having tax identification code RO21787802, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
2. Campaign Period
The campaign takes place between 19 June 2026 and 31 July 2026, 19:59, inclusive, subject to stock availability and/or until the Organizer decides to modify, suspend or terminate the campaign, with prior notice to users by publication on the website www.ixy.ro.
3. Campaign Location
The campaign takes place exclusively online, on the website www.ixy.ro.
4. Eligibility
All natural persons who place orders on the website www.ixy.ro during the above-mentioned period may participate in the campaign, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
5. Campaign Mechanism
As part of the campaign, customers can benefit from discounts of up to 50% on a selection of products from the spring-summer collection, available on the website www.ixy.ro.
5.1. The products included in the campaign will be displayed on a dedicated page on the website www.ixy.ro.
5.2. The discount is already applied directly to the price of the participating products and is visible on the product page and/or in the product listing.
5.3. No promotional code needs to be entered in the shopping cart or at checkout for this campaign.
5.4. The discount applies exclusively to the products selected by the Organizer and marked as included in the campaign.
5.5. The products participating in the campaign may have different discount levels, of up to 50%, depending on the product, category, availability and the Organizer’s decision.
5.6. The campaign is valid exclusively for orders placed on the website www.ixy.ro during the campaign period and subject to stock availability.
5.7. Discounts do not apply retroactively to orders placed before the start of the campaign.
5.8. The products included in the campaign may be changed during the campaign period, depending on stock availability and the Organizer’s decision.
6. Limitations and Conditions
6.1. The campaign is valid subject to stock availability.
6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of orders and to cancel orders that do not comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions.
6.3. The discounts granted within the campaign cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retroactively.
6.4. The discounts applicable to the participating products may be combined with other offers, promotions or promotional codes only if this is expressly permitted and communicated by the Organizer.
6.5. In the case of returns, the refunded amount will comply with the applicable legislation and the policies displayed on the website www.ixy.ro. The refund will be calculated based on the amount actually paid by the customer for the returned product, after the discount has been applied.
6.6. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the campaign, with prior notice to users by publication on the website www.ixy.ro.
7. Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website www.ixy.ro.
8. Disputes
Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts of Romania.
9. Final Provisions
Participation in this campaign implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
