Yes, please email us as soon as possible at contact@ixy.ro after placing your order. Changes or cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed and the shipping label (AWB) has not been issued.

We will review the situation, and if the product was damaged during delivery or due to our fault, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund, with no return shipping costs on your side.
