JOY60 Promotional Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Organizer

The promotional campaign is organized by IXY Retail SRL, a legal entity of Romanian nationality, with its registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, Dr. Iacob Felix Street, No. 87, Felix Office Building, Office 1 Section 3.1.11., 3rd Floor, registered with the Trade Register Office under no. J2007009918404, having fiscal identification code RO21787802, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

2. Campaign Period

The campaign takes place between May 26, 2026 – June 8, 2026, 23:59, inclusive, subject to available stock and/or until the Organizer decides to modify or terminate the campaign, with prior notification to users by publication on the website www.ixy.ro.

3. Campaign Location

The campaign takes place exclusively online, on the website www.ixy.ro.

4. Eligibility

The campaign is open to all natural persons who place orders on the website www.ixy.ro during the campaign period, in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Campaign Mechanism

As part of the campaign, customers may benefit from a 60 RON discount by using the promotional code JOY60, under the following conditions:

5.1. The 60 RON discount applies to orders with a minimum value of 300 RON.

5.2. In order to benefit from the discount, the customer must enter the code JOY60 in the dedicated field during checkout / in the shopping cart, before completing the order.

5.3. The discount applies exclusively to eligible orders placed on the website www.ixy.ro during the campaign period.

5.4. The promotional code JOY60 cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, discounts or promotional codes, unless otherwise specified by the Organizer.

5.5. The promotional code cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable and cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.

5.6. If the order value does not meet the minimum threshold of 300 RON, the promotional code JOY60 cannot be applied.

6. Limitations and Conditions

6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of orders and to cancel orders that do not comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions.

6.2. In case of returns, the refunded amount will comply with the applicable legislation and the policies displayed on the website www.ixy.ro. If, following the return, the order no longer meets the campaign eligibility conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to recalculate the refunded amount by taking into account the discount applied.

6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt the campaign, with prior notification to users by publication on the website www.ixy.ro.

6.4. The campaign is valid while stocks last.

7. Data Protection

Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website www.ixy.ro.

8. Disputes

Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts of Romania.

9. Final Provisions

Participation in this campaign implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
